The most common reasons of pressure gauge failure is pressure pulses and  spikes ( peaks ).
In fact, if you measure pressure, where in situation of pressure puls and spikes ( peaks ), to get a " pressure snubber "  with pressure gauge is really a good solution. 

Sometimes, customers install pressure gauge with open/off valve in the system.
When the pressure rapidly changed or over pressure to the pressure gauge in opening valve, it cause to failure of internal sensing element of pressure gauge.

It always happened, no matter which other brands or our brand, and no metter high price or our comeptitive price.
It is not a failure of manufacturing.


Because the sensing elements are sensitive, they reflect the pressure changed every moment.
Rapidly changed pressure means the sensing element move every moment, and it is demage to the sensing.
